Petite Publishing after a year of unsuccessful matches with our first profile. We wanted to convey as much information as we could to the birth-family, but quickly realized a busy profile with lots of captions was not working.

We decided to change our perspective and look at the process from the birth-family’s point of view. We revised our profile several times, until we realized that we just needed to speak from our hearts and keep it simple. We had heard of these same struggles from other families within our agency; not knowing what to include, where to begin, or how to use and manipulate digital media. We decided to use our design and writing experience to help other families, so they wouldn't have to struggle as we did. We were chosen the very next time our revised profile was shown to a birthmother!
